Preface

Definitely, we can’t tell how pain hurt is until we get hurt. Theories, in certain extents, can be superseded by practical experience. We are all clear that excessive wine is harmful to health, but we tell until our bodies tell. 

Lack of resources for medication and mental support during medical treatment would definitely change the faith of the unlucky. It is of no doubt that there are a lot of cancer patients in Hong Kong either unable to get financial support from the Government or NGOs, not because they are rich, but they failed to provide sufficient documentation during in the time-consuming assessment procedures, or solely being ignored by the well-developed society. By setting up HKCSF, we are glad to say "may I do you a favor?" and "how are you today" by heart.

We need funding support to make it work. I really appreciate Hong Kongers would give a hand to unlucky Hong Kongers, who indeed mentally and financially need us.
