The Jockey Club Home for Hospice is a first-rate hospice centre that provides quality hospice and palliative care to patients with life‐limiting illnesses and their families. Their medical home care service team, which consists of doctor, nurses, social workers and allied health professionals, provides caring service and emotional counselling for patients at home. Really a big thanks for their social worker and the service team, who assessed the eligibility of the financial support application to offer discounted rates to our patient.
September 2025 - Goodbye to the deceased
We attended a funeral for our patient to pay respect and say goodbye to the deceased. At the venue, we strive to respect wishes and accommodate every need of the family so that they can focus on remembering your loved one.
